Could be viral infection
Detailed Answer:
hi, welcome to this forum. Can understand your concerns.
Fever every 4 to 5 hours without any symptom of cough and cold can be due to viral infection, common cold Malaria infection.
Sometimes it is seen in common cold that symptoms of cough or nasal discharge comes after sometime. Therefore we should also keep a diagnosis of common cold in this.
continue giving paracetamol syrup for fever every 6 hour early. Also start syrup Sinarest 5 ml 3 times a day for 3 days for common cold.
if there is no improvement in 24 hours then blood test like Malaria antigen test should be done to rule out malaria. Also an examination by doctor should also be done so that we may not miss any important finding.
I hope this will help you.
Take care.

Avoid cold water, cold drink and cold items
Detailed Answer:
hi, welcome once again.
Viral infection usually gets cured on its own within 48 to 72 hours.
Avoid cold water, cold drink, ice cream, give child complete bed rest. Give soft diet to child and feed frequently. Give only home based food, avoid food from outside, you can give all the things that you are giving earlier but you should give it frequently and the quantity should be decreased. Soft diet will be better.
Take care.
