Leg cramps can occur due to sudden recent unaccustomed activity, Electrolyte disturbances, dehydration etc.

It's good that you took Banana, because it would satisfy major essential nutrients. You could also apply warm packs to the cramping muscles. Drink 1-2 litres of water daily. Keep your limbs elevated over a pillow. Take Tablet Levocarnitine one a day for a month.
