Brief Answer:
Nerve or nerve radicles issue.

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

Pituitary tumor is unlikley to cause this numbness. However, you should definitely seek a treatment for it.

Regarding toe numbness,it may be originating either from peripheral nerve or nerve radicles which emerge from the spine. So,in those cases, nerve conduction studies and MRI spine will help. On the other hand, just anxiety could be the cause.

To arrive at a clinical decision,I would suggest you a physical examination by a neurologist,so that he exactly pin-points the site of the lesion on the basis of examination findings.MRI/Nerve conduction studies can be planned accordingly, then.

Hope this helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
