What Causes Persistent Smelly White Vaginal Discharge?

Question: off white discharge very persistent and smelly and coats walls of vagina... often leaves me very wet and uncomfortable during the day as it oozes into my panties, I have tried bv treatment, Metronidozale and V-gel and it does help up until a day or two.. been dealing with it for 2 years no
w what can I do to cure this?

Hello and thank you for your question. In order to adequately treat this discharge you need to see a doctor and get an accurate diagnosis. From looking at the photo it could be yeast, bacterial vaginosis (in which case metrogel should have worked), or some sexually transmitted infection. In order to get rid of the infection you need some testing done to make sure that the correct infection is being treated.
