Brief Answer:
Please give the details of blood report

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

I do understand your concern. There can be so many causes of pain abdomen in this age.The common causes are viral gastritis, hepatitis (inflammation of liver),colitis, inflammation of pancreas/appendix/gall bladder and urinary infection.
The symptoms of viral gastritis or food poisoning usually subsides within 7-10 days.
In case of persistent pain abdomen severe enough to disturb daily life/sleep/appetite with vomiting or nausea like in your child's case I would like to get USG abdomen (to check inflammation of appendix/liver or any other significant abnormality ),serum level of liver enzymes (to rule out inflammation of liver),serum amylase (for pancreatitits) done.
You have mentioned that urine test and blood test reports are normal.I would request you to provide the details of report(if possible attach those)so that I better able to help you out.
Meanwhile I suggest you to give acid reducing agent like lansoprazole, some antispasmodic like dicyclomine or drotaverine for symptomatic relief.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Have seen the reports

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for uploading the reports

I have seen the reports.Apart from calcium level which is borderline other parameters are within normal limit. This suggests there is no infection in the blood and kidney function is normal. In your document it is mentioned that stool test and urine test are also done but I could not find them.
Most common cause of pain abdomen in this is functional(without any significant abnormality)but before labeling it as function all other possibilities must be ruled out.
I would suggest you to attach the remaining reports and if that is also normal she may need get liver enzyme test(for liver inflammation),amylase(for pancreas inflammation)and an ultrasound abdomen done to rule out other significant pathology if any.
I won't get worried if all the investigations are normal. As in such condition pain abdomen subsides over a period of time with conservative management.
