Question : Hello, I noticed on Saturday (2 days ago) that I had a few pink spots on the head of my penis (on the right side).. They do not hurt, tingle, sting, or itch. They are just spots and are not raised or blisters.. They form somewhat of a circle, with about 5 in total.
I had oral sex performed on me the night before they appeared, so I was wondering if it could be some kind of skin reaction to her saliva? My anxiety has been driving me crazy! Help! If I can I will be more than happy to send a pic.

Hi and thanks for the query,

I just had a keen look at the image you sent. Based on what you describe, this is in my opinion not an infection. You are right this is simply a reaction to the oral sex you had. It is very rare to have an infection develop that fast. Also , in case this was an infection, other signs of inflammation like pain and discharge would be expected.

I suggest you simply remain calm and watch carefully. The situation should get better within a couple of days.

You should however see a doctor in case it gets worse, or you experience discharge .
