What Causes Pinkish White Skin Near The Anal Opening?

Question: Hello?! I really need some help I think I have anal herpes thats white or pink scabing my asshole stretching and theres also a purple dot on my asshole could be hemroids. I really need your HELP!!!!!!! When I first noticed the symptoms I bought some anal bleaching and it started to burn but later its a white scab!!!! Im really scared because i looked up research and i really hope its not herpes. I had unprotected anal sex from a random person a year ago and got tested right away and nothing came up but why does it say that anal herpes shows a year later its been a year later now maybe the test didnt detect it. PLEASE someone!!!!! These pictures is me pushing in and out top and underneath my asshole you can see this scabing its hurts burns.

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist and venereologist). I have gone through your query and I have reviewed the Images.

Its not genital herpes. I cannot see any erosions in these images. The pinkish white skin behind the anal opening is actually intertrigo which is inflammation of moist body folds due to rubbing and is commonly candidal/ yeast in origin.

I suggest you to apply a topical antifungal + steroid combination cream e.g clotrimazole 1% + beclomethasone dipropionate 0.025% cream (Canesten - HC cream). Use it twice daily for a few days.
