Question : Recently I have been getting pins and needles in my hands, arms and strange sensations also in my legs. Sometimes it feels like hot and cold, almost like when you get a chill. It comes and goes and is off and on during the day. I don't get it at night when I am sleeping and doesn't keep me up. I have been having it for a few weeks now and I am wondering if it could be a circulation issue or something else?

Have you been on birth control or hormone pills?When did you have your menopause?
