You seem to be suffering from hyperacidity or gastro-esophageal reflux
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic. Your question has been posted on a common pool and Dr. Ryne does not seem to be available. Hence I am answering your question.
I have carefully gone through your problems. It seems that you are suffering from hyperacidity or gastro-esophageal reflux disease. Acid is secreted into our stomach throughout the day and is meant to help in digestion. But if you do not take any food for quite sometime, the amount of gastric acids collected, may increase and therefore can reflux to the lower part of the food pipe and give rise to the symptoms that you are having. The acids can also irritate the inner walls of the stomach and create the dull abdominal discomfort involving the upper and central abdomen around the umbilicus. You need to continue taking esomeprazole regularly in before breakfast. Other than that, you need to take small but frequent meals and avoid staying in empty stomach.
If you have the above ailment, it might not show up in the investigations done, unless you specifically opt for an upper GI endoscopy. I do not think that you need to worry about pancreatic cancer. Had it been so, it would have surely indicated something in the panel of tests that you have already undergone.
Hope that helps.
