Brief Answer:
Dont worry, needs investigations.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear !
Thanks for your query.

Feeling head pressure or a headache is very common.
Head pressure and headaches can be caused by such common conditions as: inflammation of the sinuses (sinusitis),
a cold,
or allergies.

Facial flushing or redness occurs when blood vessels in the face dilate.
The red, burning face can occur unpredictably or in response to certain triggers such as:
sun exposure,
cold weather,
spicy foods,
wind,
hot drinks
and skin-care products.
Facial flushing can also occur with emotional stress, exposure to heat or hot water, alcohol consumption and exercise, all of which can raise blood pressure temporarily. Sometimes migraines and trigeminal neuralgia fits the symptoms.
While facial flushing may occur while your blood pressure is higher than usual.
So please ,to exclude that head pressure and facial flushing isn"t from HBP,check your blood pressure.
If your blood pressure is normal ,above can cause these symptoms.
You mentioned you had not seen doctor yet, it would be good to have a preliminary examination as well.
