Question : I am 51 year old male, for last 2 days when I do minimal activity, I tire and my chest has a pressure that I would normally only get if I were doing very heavy activity in very cold weather but I do not feel tired (I can breath with no problem / I don't have any chest cold). This feeling will go away in about 15 seconds if I sit. Also I have bruising that I cannot explain on left wrist. Also, I don't know if this would be related but I recently gained about 10-12lbs almost overnight.

Brief Answer:
Please, upload an image of this bruise for review!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this chest pressure that you have reported. I have reviewed this information fully and it is not specific for a given disease condition. I will suggest that you upload the image of the bruise for review as this might reveal some clues. In the interim, observing is the best way forward to understand more and act accordingly. If you are concerned about a possible heart disease, this seem quite unlikely at this time given your symptoms. However, we would be able to discern what the problem is as we gather more information on this.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Hi and thank you so much for this image.

This also shows no danger. I will recommend that you try to relax and monitor your symptoms only. For now, there is no clear path to follow and I will rather want to obtain more information than go out aggressive with investigations. Honestly, there is no major red flag that makes waiting and observing a bad decision. Be relax and update me as to what is going on.

Keep me posted. I wish you well.
