Brief Answer:
Sweating episodes in a diabetic and hypertensive patient

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic.

Thanks for sharing the details. Good thing is that your vital signs at time of presentation were alright. The vomiting episodes and smell sensitivity to ciggrete and the auras you have mentioned can be related as headache associated with migraine. Rest of all symptoms specially with normal vitals fit into that.

At present your blood pressure and sugar readings are doing significantly well so you can continue same regimen. Meanwhile get an EKG to rule out abt heart block and thyroid function tests as well.

Keep check on your diets and avoid junk and fizzy drinks to avoid gastric irritation for a while as they may trigger vomiting.

For the rest of the symptoms you can wait and monitor them if EKG is normal as migraine symptoms or headaches may recur and in that case a consistent treatment can be needed after discussing with your GP. For temporary relief using analgesics like acetaminophen will help. For vomiting motility agents like domperidone before meals will help.

Hoping you a speedy recovery. Kindly close the question if no follow up query is required.
