What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding And Spotting?

Question: I am 62 and postmen pause. I have had vaginal bleeding....spotting lightly for about 3 months now. My gap sent me for an ultrasound and told me there was some thickening on my uterus. I have been waiting 3 weeks to hear from the specialists office for an appointment. Should I be concerned?
Brief Answer:
You need an early appointment.
