Hello

Thanks for the query

I need a little more information in order to help you better as there could be several reasons for raised creatinine

1. Were you dehydrated or thirsty when this blood test was done?
2. What is your weight and height?
3. Have you been exercising lately or had a fall?
4. Any recent fever

Your urine routine shows mild proteins, I would like you to get 24 hours urine check up for quaintification of protein

Please get back to me, I am awaiting your reply

Brief Answer:
Repeat test

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back

There is no apparent reason for raised creatinine. The most common reason for raised creatinine is dehydration and fever. S creatinine is also on the higher side in muscular people. Here is how you should go about it.

1. Get a repeat S creatinine when you are well hydrated
2. If the serum creatinine is still higher than normal then I suggest you to get a DTPA scan done, this test will tell us the exact functioning of each kidney.
3. If DTPA is normal then there is nothing to worry about

I hope I was of help
