hard to see too well but it is on both sides no itching or burning. its still a stimulation point for masturbating.Should i get a sperm sample test to see about fertility concerning these conditions?
Brief Answer:
Use a topical antifungal cream
Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
I think it is a fungal infection - sweat, heat and humidity being the favorable factors for the fungus to grow.
I suggest you to use a topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1% cream or miconazole nitrate 2% cream, twice daily.
Wear loose fitting cotton. clothes. Avoid jeans or synthetics.
No need for a sperm test. A fungal infection of groins wont affect your fertility.

Brief Answer:
Regarding nevus/ mole
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
yes, this mole looks benign.
In general, moles increase in number from 2nd to 4th decade of life and regress after the 4th decade of life.
Nevus cells gradually move deeper as they mature, therefore a superficial junctional nevus (nevus cells present at dermal epidermal junction) which appears dark brown in color would turn into a lighter/ XXXXXXX colored compound nevus (nevus cells in both dermis and epidermis) and then finally into skin colored intradermal nevus (nevus cells present only in dermis) over the years. This is how a mole changes and may appear white or skin colored after many years.

May or may not
Detailed Answer:
