Brief Answer:
Generalized rashes might be due to allergy and localized due to infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

Whether her rashes are generalized or localized? If possible upload the pictures. How long you are having relations with her? Are the rashes occur recently or longtime? How long are you on drugs for Diabetes and Blood pressure?
Kindly furnish the details. If the rashes are generalized following intercourse then it could be allergic to drugs you are on or condom or even semen.
If it is localized it could be due to infections like yeast.

Brief Answer:
Treatment has to be planned as per examination and investigation findings.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

If it is localized and confined to her genitals it is unlikely due to the drugs you are taking. It could be due to either an infection like yeast or due to irritation for some application during sex or condoms. Even if we suspect infection, it has to be confirmed before starting the treatment. She has to be examined carefully and investigated in laboratory with vaginal discharge and urine. Then based on these findings only treatment has to be planned. So consult your Dermato-venereologist or gynecologist for further help.

Brief Answer:
Rashes could be due to fungus, bacterial, virus or parasitic.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
The problem of rash is for you or her? From your first question I understood that she was getting rash after intercourse.
If she had rashes, and then you got, it means that it could be an infectious rash because of skin to skin contact during the close intimacy during sex and unlikely to be due to allergic etiology.
These infectious rash could be anything ranging from fungus, bacterial (folliculitis, furuncles), viral (exanthemes) or parasitic (scabies) etc. Upload the picture of the rashes, so that we could discuss more. Anyhow a close personal examination and if necessary some investigations only can guide us for further management.

Brief Answer:
Consult a Dermatologist and get a course of antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
The clarity of the photos are not good. Anyhow it seems some superficial bacterial infection. It would subside spontaneously without any treatment. You can use some antiseptic soaps for few weeks. Consult the dermatologist. If he feels, you can have a short course of an antibiotic.
Get well soon.
