Brief Answer:
Suspecting Hives

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to health care magic.

I have gone through your query and I am suspecting hives in your case which do present as red rashes with various sizes and not always itchy.

Hives lasting for less than six weeks is usually caused by foods like nuts, chocolate, fish or eggs.

Other causes could be allergy to medicines or latex, soaps, dyes and detergents.
Insect bites may also be responsible.

Fresh foods cause hives more often than cooked foods.
Certain food additives and preservatives may also be to blame.

I suggest you keep track of these rashes and try to associate them with any particular exposure to food or chemical which might be triggering the rash.

You can take Tab Atarax 25 mg twice daily for a week for the rashes.

Application of calamine lotion over the affected area will reduce the inflammation.

Few more tips:
1. Avoid harsh soaps.
2. Do not scrub your skin.
3. Use warm water to cleanse the affected area.
4 Avoid application of cosmetics over the rash.

I hope I have helped.

Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks.
