Question : I have a red dot on the foreskin of my penis, in a white vitiligo spot. I'm wondering if I should be concerned. It looks like it may be folliculitis, I've had that in the past and it cleared up in a few days. Yesterday I put some Neosporin on it. Today I read pure coconut oil is a good natural remedy so I used some on it this morning, but I wanted to get some advice from you. I am posting a picture. Thank you.

Thank you for writing to us on HCM.
I have reviewed the picture and it seems like you might have got some infection like folliculitis or some rash due to insect/mosquito bite sometime back but right now it looks like in healing phase.
As such it doesnot require active treatment but still for faster healing you may continue application of neosporin ointment.
