What Causes Red Bumps On The Penis Shaft?

Question: I have multiple singular painless, itchless, red bumps on the top of my penile shaft and in the pubic area. I had really rough intercourse 2 days ago i wore a condom but at some point during sex it broke leaving me unprotected. Ive had no pain during urination and apart from seeing them have no idea they are there im curious as to what this could be i will attatch a photo to help you give me the best advise you can. Thank you!

It is difficult to pin point a particular problem exactly but possibility can be Herpes infection . The absence of itch or pain broadly rules out bacterial or fungal infections. Please get a HSV Type 1 and 2 IgG and IgM and send the reports.

Idk if this makes a difference but i just took a shower and after using soap on the lesions it is itching like crazy
