Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr XXXXXXX

Going by the description given by you it is most likely to be Balanoposthitis which is inflammation of glans and prepuce. ( Kindly let me know exact location of red spots )
Exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination. It would be very helpful if you could get back to me with clinical photograph for further assessment and evaluation.

Brief Answer:
It is Balanoposthitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

It is definitely Balanoposthitis which is usually fungal in origin. It usually gets aggravated by friction during intercourse.

I would suggest you following

1. Hot Seitz Bath: To a tub of lukewarm water add 2 spoons of dettol. Sit in it for 15 minutes each session twice a day.
Thoroughly clean the glans after retracting the prepuce(Foreskin).

2. Dry the area: Apply Candib B Ointment twice a day for 2 weeks

3. Thoroughly clean the area with mild soap and water after urination and sexual intercourse.
