Question : hi i have red spots on my penis glance ,It appears and disappers after i use fourdrum crem .I am worried please can you suggest?But it grows after i masturbate

Most likely the spots are due to fungal infection.

I have uploaded a picture ,It all started in the month of July 2016 but it disappeared after i applied Fourdrum cream and it comes back again.I had sex back in XXXXXXX 2016 i used protection but i think i started intercourse without protection that was paid sex.Secondly there is no pain and During urine also i dont face any problem only my penis is itchy that to sometimes not always. Can you help and let me know what should i do ,Which medicine should i take and is any test required?

I have reviewed the image. I can see a few superficial erosions/sores.

This could be genital herpes. I suggest you to screen for Hsv type 1&2 by Elisa.

Hi Dr
I visited a skin specialist today and he says it is fungal infection and said there is no need for test.
He has given me medicines for 2 weeks which are as follows
1.Ebeconazole cream 1℅ w/w - twice a day
2.Fluconazole Tab IP 200 mg Zocon-200-Twice a day give gap of 3 days and again 2 times a day.
3.Dazit
He wants me to visit him after 2weeks and as soon as i took the first dose and used the cream the marks are gone attached photograph for your reference.

But i think i schould still go for the test as per your above suggestion.Any other other test apart from this if you say so like HIV etc.
