Question : I am circumsized and when having sex the shaft under the head of my penis gets red, cracks, and irritated, we also use lubricant, what can I do

It's common in circumcised men, when the technique of circumcision does not adequately remove the excess frenulum. This is called as a skin tag. You can get the circumcision scar revised and loosened by a urologist. Another common issue
is the scar constricting the erection at the corona of the penis.
Right now, I would suggest that you use a local anesthetic gel like lignocaine 1%
I suggest that you use mometasone furoate, a steroid cream that loosens the skin. Avoid other lubricants and do check if the lubricant that you are using has any chemicals that cause irritation.
This will fix the issue.
