Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Vitamin deficiencies usually present with swollen or congested lips and tongue. This is not serious and can be treated easily with Multivitamin supplements.

You can take Cap Becosules one per day for a period of one month to get rid of the problem.

Also, do wash your mouth with antiseptic solution like Chlohex twice daily to prevent any ulceration.
