Question: I have retrograde ejaculation symptons. I have researched causes and drug side effects. I take BP
medications, sertraline and terazosin. Are there any medications that can help with this disorder.

For what you write ,yes ,it may be side effect of sertraline or terazosin , both drug have this side
effect .Usually the treatment in your consist of making some changes in therapy that only your treating doctor will do , you dont need to take other medication to treat your ejaculation problem.
But please give me some more information to have a more clear idea of your condition .
For how long have you been with this condition?
It started before or after you start to take terazosine or sertaline ?
Terazosin is a drug that we usually use for enlarged prostate (rare for high blood pressure ) are you diagnosed with enlarged prostate ?
Did you have any surgery for that before?( this will help for any nerve or muscle damage)
Do you use any other drug for high blood pressure, if yes please list them ?
