Acute sinusitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
The jawline is unrelated to sinusitis. Based on your history, it appears you are suffering from acute frontal or fronto maxillary sinusitis. NSAIDs like Ibuprofen in combination with pseudoephedrine can give adequate relief and drainage in such conditions. Local steroid nasal sprays like rhinosone or those containing beclomethasone and mometasone are also very much effective in reducing the inflammation and draining the sinuses. Steam inhalation and hot compresses should also help. Your ENT doctor may advise an PNS x ray or PNS CT scan to confirm the diagnosis and prescribe antibiotics along with the above medication.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
