Question : Hi, XXXXXXX here. I have a very nasty thick tasting phlemn in one side of my throat that keeps me awake at night because it get so thick.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having post nasal discharge due to sinusitis .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Saline nasal rinse thrice daily ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine at night &
continue Salty gargle, Mucus-clear, oraganol nose drops .
You will get relief .
