Brief Answer:
Gastritis / peptic ulcer and motility problems can be the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to gastritis/peptic ulcer and motility disorder.
For such condition taking Proton pump inhibitors like Esomeprazole or Rabeprazole and motility enhancers like domperidone will be helpful. Antacids with anaesthetic like mucaine gel is helpful to relieve the symptoms also. These should be taken for long time like 4 weeks. Take light meals at short intervals. Avoid spicy , greasy , fatty foods , carbonated drinks and excess coffee. Alcohol and smoking should be avoided also.
If there is no improvement then a consultation with gastroenterologist and doing fibrogastroduodenoscopy is well appreciated.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
