Hi.

I noted the history about your sister having bad pain in her esophagus, dysphagia, had surgery for all these things and also for Barrette's esophagus, reflux, and motility disorder. You can eat everything including pills but won't go down. All these things together really does not miss any known disorder related to the lower esophagus and stomach. I would advise you the following:

- soft bland liquid diet
- small and frequent meals.

Take medicines like PPI to control acidity and Domperidone like medicines to regularize the motility. Full investigations again to see the present situation and then the GI Specialist of surgical and/or medical side will be in the position to guide her further.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant
