Read and reviewed your query facts in context to your health issue of crampy severe abdominal pains starting at naval, spreading to right side.

Following possibilities need to be considered-
IBS with C, Entero-Colitis , Giardiasis with IBS, IBD with Ulcerative Colitis / and even Gall Stones.Besides this Fissure in ano, Proctitis with Crohn's, Anal Hemorrhoids,Celiac Disease,Lactose Intolerance.

Fixing the Diagnosis-
These possibilities need to be ruled out by physical examination from Surgeon / and from Physician, who would investigate by USG/CT abdomen, with lab tests.

For this to fix the cause,you need to give following information-
How this pain started-Did you had any outside hotel food lately in last 2 days time?
Did you had any such complaint in the past?Any nausea / vomiting feel is there?
Any acid reflux in chest with watering in mouth is there ?
HOw is the colour of your urine lately ?
How is the appetite-is it reduced? HOw about the sleep lately ?

Tests suggested-
Stool Ova/Cyst-for any amebiasis / or accompanied acute on chronic giardiasis.

LFT-to see if any hepatitis is accompanied causing androgenic surge from chronic hepatic disease,leading to low destruction in diseased liver,which could be responsible for pimples with entero-colitis in your case.

Lipid Profile - to rule out any accompanied hyperlipidemia to be treated by appropriate medicines and exercises / dieting.

Remedy-
Depending on the fixation of the cause, your attending physician would plan the right treatment for your cause.
General Do's - in your case-
For acute pain in abdomen, ER visit with Inj-antispasmodics.
Avoid fried / spicy and oily food
Be on Vegies with low solid contents
Exercise by brisk walk.
Do Deep Breathing
Take plenty of fluids.
Take hot black tea with lemon x 2 times
Bland, low volume diet with low solid contents.
All these would stimulate the evacuation reflex which seems to be blocked / paralysed from Entero-Colitis which is accompanied in your case.
Skimed Butter Milks with low fats x 2 times a day.

Treatment of Pimples-
Low fat diet,
Tab Ciplox with Metronidazole for pimples with abscess and for accompanied any entero-colitis from bacterial / parasitic infection.
Tab Librax-to relive pains and to treat any accompanied anxiety.
Tab NSAIDs-like Motrin 400 mg x 2-3 times a day
Keeping face clean by repeated face washes.
Avoid oily face applications if any during this period x for 10 days.
