Brief Answer:
I think you need to take rest

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

From the available description and past records I feel this is not related to anything cardiac and need to take rest only. The most possible cause for current symptoms are the anxiety disorder for which treatment is going on.

The second possible reason is buspirone itself which itself can cause there symptoms in particular first week of treatment and fortunately this side effect is short lasting and disappears in few days.

Keep on monitoring your vitals as above and visit ED if there is gross derangements but otherwise I will request you to take rest.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.
