Question : I am experiencing severe chills, NO fever, lower back pain, headache, and fatigue/exhaustion. No neck tenderness or tightness, no urinary symptoms.

Thank you for writing to health care magic.com. Noted your concern. Where do you live? . Is it a malaria or typhoid fever prone area? Even if you don't have fever or urinary symptoms, we have to rule out infection as a possible cause. Any blood tests or urine tests done? . A thorough physical examination followed by guided investigations will help further. To begin with, please get a CBC, CRP, ESR, Urine RE done. If you live in a malaria prone area or if you have travelled to any such places recently, it is good to do a test for malaria as well. Rarely thyroid disorders may cause such symptoms.
