Brief Answer:
It seems to a case of simple viral infection.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Most often cough and cold occur due to certain viral infections. I have gone through the blood report. It does not seem in favour of some bacterial infection. So, it just confirms the possibility of a viral infection. ESR can be raised non-specifically in any kind of illness and is not a cause for concern. In such a scenario, unless you have started the antibiotic 'Clamp', I would suggest you to skip it. But if you have already started it, make sure to make him complete the course in order to avoid development of antibiotic resistance. The other medicines may be taken as directed. I would suggest to take steam inhalation along.

The precaution to take would be avoidance of cold temperature as it depresses the immunity. I have no other specific suggestion in this regard.
