Question : Hello, I normally do sleep a normal amount of 6-8 hours but lately I have found myself to be very tired and constantly sleep even though my regular days are active.

I've only been feeling this way recently (2-3) days. I'm a college student. I've had fast metabolism all my life and it does affect my life, I try to build muscles to gain weight, slow progress.

No not diarrhea, my hemoglobin levels are okay, but thyroid is a bit low, I do have a rather stressful life.
