Brief Answer:
Don't worry, it is normal to loose hair after delivery

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at Health Care Magic.

I can understand your concern but it is absolutely normal to have hair loss 3-6 months after delivery.
This type of hair loss is called telogen effluvium.

You don't have to worry about it as it settles on its own within the next 3-6 months but if it is causing you a lot of distress and anxiety take some hair supplement tablets.

Many brands are available in the market like tablet Follihair or tablet Keraglo XXXXXXX
You can take any of the above once daily for at least 3-4 months.
Both are equally good.

This will take care of your hair loss.

Brief Answer:
Take either of the two once daily for 3-4 months, apply minoxidil lotion

Detailed Answer:
Proanagen tablet is safe during breast feeding.

You can take either proanagen tablet or follihair tablet. No need to take both the tablets simultaneously.

You can take either of the two as a dose of once daily for at-least 3-4 months.

For topical application I usually recommend my patients to apply minoxidil 2 percent lotion on the affected areas of the scalp.

The dose is 1 ml of the lotion twice daily.

Hello doc,
Thks for the response...
I still have a question in mind is minoxidil 2 percent ok to use while breastfeeding. Does it not cause any harmonal imbalance or any harm to child. Also which shampoo is best for hair and food which we can include in diet for healthy hair.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Minoxidil safe in breastfeeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi
It is safe to use minoxidil while breastfeeding.
It won't have any adverse effects on the baby and it won't affect your hormones.
As far as shampoo is concerned you can go for some mild shampoo.
Many brands are available in the market like X gain shampoo or triclenz shampoo.
You can use either of the two twice weekly. Both are equally good.
In diet take plenty of fruits, vegetables and a protein rich diet.

Brief Answer:
Effects will start after 4-6 weeks

Detailed Answer:
The medicines will start showing effect atleast after 4-6 weeks.
It is too early to start showing effects.
You can continue using either XXXXXXX for your hair or you can use organic dyes like vegetal hair colour. Vegetal hair colour is without ammonia and other allergens which are present in normal hair dyes but it has been seen that the XXXXXXX is less effective than the other routine dyes available in the market.
