Brief Answer:
Continue symptomatic drugs. Needs examination once

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear,

I went through the query and understood your concern.

Severe head ache, vomiting with fever may be due to viral or even bacterial infection. You can continue symptomatic treatment like tylenol for fever and anti emetic drug like domperidone for vomiting. Good hydration with these should help you. If you are not recovered for XXXXXXX 2 days then needs examination with blood test for diagnosing the cause.

Since already 3 days over it is better to consult your doctor once for examination and you may require to get done basic blood test like complete hemogram and widal to rule out any infection and also typhoid fever.

SO in summary continue symptomatic treatment as explained and consult your doctor once for examination.

I hope this information helps you.
Feel free to ask for any further queries and I will be glad to help you.

Wish you good health and faster recovery.

Regards
