Question : I have had very very heavy bleeding for first two days then these last 5 days regular bleeding. Bright red blood. I'm Extremely tired. Sharp little pains in stomach -Upper stomach. Legs and feet feeling numb and tingly all over. Also not sure if this is related but have had cold or perhaps allergies not sure for a few weeks. Sinus pain mostly

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

The heavy bleeding that you are having for last 7 days can cause tiredness and giddiness due to the blood loss. It needs proper hormonal treatment to decrease the bleeding after consulting your Gynecologist.

The pain in upper stomach can be related to gastritis and the tingling is suggestive of low vitamin B 12 levels. Do take plenty of electrolyte rich fluids and start with iron supplements. Avoid hot and spicy food and consult your physician for proper medicines for symptomatic relief. It is not likely to be due to the heavy bleeding.
