What Causes Severe Pain In Neck, Back, Bloating And Constipation?

default
Posted on Mon, 25 Apr 2016
Question: I have a constant feeling of pressure and bloating in my lower abdomen, there is also a little pain, I'm not constipated. And more often than not I have to push my pee out, when the pee comes out on its own, I get a weird feeling, not pain. I went to the doctor and she checked me out, I dont have any infections or stds.
I have severe back and neck pain, hypothyroid, and depression, all are being treated with medication. I read online that my symptons could be cancer or enlarged uterus or overuieres. Please help

Brief Answer:
no they are not cancer signs

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
The symptoms are not of any cancer per se of uterus and they cannot be evaluated without an ultrasound pelvis which would be necessary to look for any adnexal ovarian masses or enlarged uterus.
The hesitancy in urine is probably due to grade 1 cystocele which may be developing and should be efficiently looked for during per speculum examination. Bacterial vaginosis can be treated with antibiotics and that can often lead to UTI which can cause low back pain and constant feeling of pressure and also expressive symptoms. Please increase your daily water intake and follow up with an ultrasound pelvis report to allay your doubts regarding uterine or ovarian cancer.
Regards
