Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection is possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms can be caused by urinary tract infection or stones. It is quite characteristic for this type of issues to radiate to the back (where the kidney is located). Lower abdomen and middle abdomen is where bladder can be located.
This is more possible if you have also frequent urinating, burning while urinating or fever.

Other possible issues giving such symptoms are ovaries cyst, inguinal hernia.

I suggest you to consult your doctor and have some diagnostic done. Abdominal ultrasound, blood work and urine analysis should be done at first.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
It can be a kindye stone as well.

Detailed Answer:
It can be a kidney stone indeed. Symptoms are similar to infection, just the pain is sharp and strongest. You can take a hot bath, drink plenty of liquids and get some muscle relaxing medicines (Buscolisine, Metamizole) for pain relief.

Brief Answer:
Kidney stones.

Detailed Answer:
Your report indicates that you have had stones in right kidney. As this report is year old, this stones are most likely gone (even if you have not noticed it). However it proves that you have tendency to kidney stones so the left kidney can contain stones as well. And the pain can be due to stones.
Please follow as instructed above. If there will be no improvement, have at least an ultrasound done.
