Brief Answer:
Is it Spondyloarthopathy
Detailed Answer:
good evening
well your symptoms do go in favor of an inflammatory arthritis which is common in your age group. Since the symptoms get worse on rest it points against the mechanical pain(stretchingod muscles or ligaments).
1. I am not sure what all blood tests have been done, but do look if esr crp and HLA B 27 have been performed.
2. you may need MRI of the spine along with screening of sacroiliac joints. that would confirm the diagnosis
3. instead of flupidol try anti inflammatory like celecoxib for short duration and see the effects.
hope the information was useful . do let me know for more queries
