Question : i am having really bad pain in my belly , with diarria like water with blood in it my belly hurts bad worse then labor with neck pain

I'm Dr. Neel Kudchadkar and I'll help you out right now.

I'll tell you to take "Electral" - this is a powder that has to be mixed with a glass of water and drunk slowly, it will refill the water that has been lost due to diarrhea.
You might want to take Norfloxacin with Tinidazole to kill the germs that are causing this. You'd like to take a lactobacillus tablet to fill your bowels with good germs. Please take some loperamide to instantly stop your diarrhea. You would really find Dicyclomine tablets, not more than 2 a day, to give you instant relief from the pain that you describe as worse than labor pains. Ibuprofen will help with your neck pains.

If this sounds like a tall order, I would kindly mention that these do not require a prescription for purchase in most countries.

I'd like to to stop Lasix temporarily. That is creating a problem in this situation.
