Brief Answer:
both the chemotherapy and the disease itself may cause it

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

you haven't mentioned the diagnosis and the chemotherapeutic agents you've taken, so I can't provide a more personalized opinion but both the disease itself and the treatment may cause such symptoms. Drugs like procarbazine, fluorouracil, cladribine, cytarabine, L-asparaginase, etc may cause a flu-like syndrome (feeling chills, body pain, etc). Various cancers like the breast cancer may also cause similar symptoms.

You can try (if you haven't done so already) paracetamol (acetaminophen) to see if you can find some relief. If you'd like to provide more details about your disease or treatment, it could help me to give you more information.

Anyway, I hope you find this information useful. You can contact me again, if you'd like any clarification or further information.

Kind Regards!
