Question : I have tightness in my chest, up my jaw line on the right side and into my back. What's wrong?

If this happened suddenly then you should se ET and do some urgent tests since this may indicate acute coronary incident such as angina pectoris,aortic dissection or something similar related to heart and lung functions.
