Question : Hi,
While masturbating a couple of days ago, I felt a sharp pain on the tip of the penis and I immediately stopped. Since then I'm feeling a pinching pain whenever my boxers touch the tip of the penis or when I pull the skin back. It doesn't bother during urination or during erection. Is it something to worry about. The pain seems to be less than yesterday but still whenever I pull the skin back to urinate, I feel the pinching pain for a couple of secs. No rashes or anything

You seem to have suffered a trivial injury to the head of the penis. I think you should not worry about it anymore. The good thing is the penis has good blood circulation helping to heal quickly.

I'd suggest not to manipulate it too much. You can apply Aloe Vera gel on the area. It helps in healing quickly.
