Question : I occasionally get a sharp shooting pain deep in my vagina. Should I be concerned?

Hi,

I understand your concerns about shooting pain in vagina.

This pain is likely to be due to dryness which occurs around menopause.

This is normal when estrogen levels vagina decrease and thee is dryness.

Please use vaginal estrogen creams to keep vagina moist to prevent such shooting pains if they become more severe.
