Brief Answer: Examination neeeded Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. Lower back ache in women can be due related to either uterine or spine problems. A detailed physical examination is needed to evaluate and identify the cause for the pain in the back. Please do visit your GP who may identify the root cause and refer you to the concerned specialist. Meanwhile do apply Diclofenac gel which may help to get rid of the pain if is due to musculoskeletal problems. Wish you good health.

Brief Answer: urinary tract infection Detailed Answer: Hi, Frequency of urination depends on the seasons. Since you say that little urine is void every time, the urgency could be a result of urinary tract infection. Get urine analysis done. This may help to rule out infection. Regards,
