Could be due to Penile Hypoxia which is common at this age

Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the fact that you are are unable to access your penis and facing problem in urination properly and have Peyronie's disease

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Have you noticed your penis to be curved ? If so what is degree of curvature ?
2) Is there any hard painful nodule palpable on shaft of the penis ?
3) Is erection painful?
4)Do you have any other major health issues like Diabetes ,Hypertension etc?
5) Have you consulted Urologist for this problem ?
6) Are you able to penetrate vagina during sexual intercourse ?
7)Are you obese ?

The shrinkage of penis is common in elderly men due to what is called as Penile Hypoxia the reason for which is still not established which makes individual to face problem in urination and erection .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Ultrasound Scanning of Penis .
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Color Doppler Ultrasound Scanning of penis ..

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

As regards treatment of Peyronies disease .There is no curative treatment with medication Surgery is advised in younger patients with active sexual life .
