Question : I HAVE SLEPT WITH A FAN BLOWING IN MY FACE SINCE I WAS 15 YEARS OLD I AM NOW 51. MY HUSBAND STATES THAT IS WHAT IS MAKING ME SICK. THE FAN IS CLEANED REGULARLY. WILL MY FAN MAKE ME SICK

This is not regarding an illness I have right now. Will a fan make me sick after using it for more than 30 years. For your answer I have DM,HTN, Osteoarthritis,. I have been working extra and have alot of stress now. Which tends to bring my immunity down.

Thanks for the follow-up.

If you are not talking about any particular symptoms related to illness then i do not think you can become sick with blowing fan especially when you use it for more than 30 year as you said.

Your diabetes, hypertension and osteoarthritis have obviously nothing to do with this.

Yes, I would agree to you when you say you are under a lot of stress and working extra shift which might be the reason for your sickness or getting it easily.

However,i really doubt if this stressful or extra shift job can bring some one's immunity down unless he/she can not spare enough time to have healthy foods,regular eating habits, exercises,yoga or meditation.
