Brief Answer:
You should check your platelet count.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. I have seen your skin mark.
You have immune thrombocytopenic purpura. Your skin mark may be due to some superficial small vessel bleeding. You should check your platelet count. And take treatment accordingly.

Steroids and immunoglobulin csn be helpful to maintain platelet count. If you have low platelet count then treatment is required. If your platelet count is normal then no need to worry.

Go for platelet count and take treatment accordingly.
Give me follow up with your reports.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
