Question : Hi, I have got a lump on the shaft of my penis for about 7years or so and every 2 years or so it gets bigger and sour and then it goes back to the same size as it was. Do you know what it is?

Is is not visible as in is under the skin and in on the bottom of my shaft that is in my ball sack.
