Brief Answer:
Get investigations done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

There are many possible diagnosis of your symptoms.

If its only visible when you raise your arm up otherwise it's just a sore to touch, then this can be a harmless skin cyst.

At your age sometimes these are a collection of fat cells forming a lipoma. You can get it removed surgically if it is bothersome and disfiguring.

Sometimes there occur fibroadenomas in the terminal duct lobular unit of the breast. They are the most common breast tumor in adolescent women. For which needle biopsy is needed.

In case there is a sudden change in its size and shape or color or it becomes painful then you must seek a medical advice from your physician after proper examination because in such cases complete excision is needed.

Get xray of mammography, chest in AP view,E.S.R done and send me the report.

You must have regular follow up with your family doctor, for change in size of this swelling.

I hope it helps.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
